What Pulseboard stores

Pulseboard stores your Pulseboard name, email address, password hash (not the plaintext password), accepted policy version, and sign-in sessions. Session records may include IP address and browser information. It also stores your workspace identifier; account handles, display names, roles and connection status; authorized TikTok account identifiers; and encrypted access and refresh tokens. For monitored public videos, it stores video IDs, titles, TikTok links, publish times, view, like and comment counts, and recent metric observations. It also stores your milestone rules, manually written notes, follow-up assignments and completion status, and a workspace activity log.

Why this data is used

These records allow you to organize accounts, review published content, compare changes between checks, identify your chosen growth milestones, and plan manual follow-up. Token access is used only for the authorized integration. Pulseboard does not request or store your TikTok password. It does not post comments or create engagement on your behalf.

Authorization and account access

TikTok connections use TikTok's consent screen. The current integration requests user.info.basic, user.info.profile and video.list to identify a connected account and retrieve its public videos and available metrics. An account added by handle alone is not an authorized connection. You can revoke the app in TikTok's account settings and remove the account in Pulseboard.

Hosting and service providers

This version is designed to run on Vercel with Turso database storage. GitHub stores the application source code, not your workspace records or credentials. TikTok processes account authorization and API requests. A Cloudflare Worker may perform scheduled monitoring checks; signed TikTok webhook notifications are verified by the application. These providers process data under their own applicable terms and policies. Data may be processed outside your country.

Storage and retention

Pulseboard sign-in records remain until you delete your Pulseboard account. Sessions expire after at most seven days without renewal and may be renewed while you use the service. Account records and encrypted tokens remain until you remove the account or revoke its connection; revocation clears saved tokens. Video records are pruned after 30 days from publication during a successful account sync. If syncing stops, those records remain until a later successful sync or account removal. Each video keeps up to 24 recent observations. Workspace activity is limited to 200 entries and may include account handles or video titles. Webhook receipts keep an event name, digest and receipt time; entries older than seven days are pruned when another notification arrives.

Your controls

Use Export in the workspace to download accounts, video metrics, rules and follow-up notes without credentials. Removing an account deletes its token, account record, saved videos and pending authorization records, and clears its follow-up assignments. Activity entries may remain until they are displaced by newer entries. Delete your Pulseboard account in Account settings to remove its sign-in records, account connections, videos, notes, settings and activity. Provider backups and operational logs may persist under the providers’ retention practices. To request correction or access, contact the operator above. Removing an account in Pulseboard does not itself revoke TikTok's provider-side consent; revoke that separately in TikTok.

Cookies and security

The application uses necessary HTTP-only sign-in cookies and a short-lived, secure, HTTP-only cookie for TikTok authorization. Pulseboard adds no advertising trackers. Vercel and other providers may maintain operational logs for delivery and security. Pulseboard does not sell workspace data or add third-party advertising analytics. Workspace API access is authenticated, write requests are checked against the site's origin, and OAuth tokens are encrypted on the server. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Account access and requests

Email addresses are used for Pulseboard sign-in and are not verified in this release. Automated email password recovery is not enabled. Use a password manager and keep your workspace password secure. The operator must verify control of an account before processing an access or deletion request; knowing an email address alone is not proof of ownership.

Changes and questions

The operator will update this page when the service or its data handling changes. Contact the operator for questions and requests about your information.
