The service
Pulseboard organizes authorized TikTok accounts and information about their published content. It helps users review performance, compare view and like changes, identify milestones, and organize manual comment follow-up. The workspace supports up to 40 combined primary and alternate account records. Sandbox access and production API limits are separately controlled by TikTok.
Authorized and authentic use
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your workspace access secure and follow TikTok's terms and community rules. Do not use Pulseboard to impersonate independent customers, create misleading endorsements, coordinate fake engagement, send spam, or access other people's data without permission. Alternate accounts are organizational records for accounts you legitimately manage; comments must be posted manually and truthfully on TikTok.
Metrics and availability
Metrics are obtained through authorized API checks when the integration and scheduler are active. They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or limited by TikTok. Growth is measured from observations, not predicted audience behavior. The default 5,000-view warning requires observed like growth in a selected 1, 3, 6 or 24-hour window. The viral label begins at 20,000 views. No-growth alerts require 24 hours of continuous monitoring without either views or likes increasing. These labels do not guarantee future performance.
Current feature boundaries
Sample mode uses fictional data. Live monitoring is available only after configuration, account authorization and successful background checks. Content posting and Share Kit workflows are not implemented in this version. Webhooks receive supported TikTok events; they are not a stream of live view or like counts.
Your content and records
You remain responsible for your content, notes, account permissions and use of exported data. You can export workspace data or remove an account. The Privacy Policy explains the records retained and how to request deletion or correction.
Changes, ending access and contact
The operator may update features or suspend access for misuse or security reasons. You may stop using the service, remove connected accounts and revoke TikTok authorization. Contact the operator above with support questions. Pulseboard is an independent application and is not endorsed by TikTok. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
